§1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 99aab ("99aab", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 99aab.org. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 99aab platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you are not permitted to access or use the 99aab platform. 99aab reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. Where material changes are made, 99aab will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account.

§2Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The 99aab platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This age restriction applies to all platform features including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and all promotional offers. 99aab performs CNIC-based Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts prior to any withdrawal being processed. Any account found to be registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with 99aab. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. This includes your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your current residential address in Pakistan, and a valid email address and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

2.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 99aab account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. 99aab will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You must notify 99aab immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

§3Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

3.1 Currency. All transactions on the 99aab platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 99aab does not accept deposits in foreign currencies except through USDT TRC20 conversion at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit on 99aab is Rs 300. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily withdrawal limits are displayed within your account portal and may be updated periodically. 99aab reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for risk management purposes.

3.3 Supported Payment Methods. 99aab currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may change and is not guaranteed at all times. 99aab does not accept cash, cheques, or money orders.

3.4 Withdrawal Processing. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of CNIC-based KYC verification. Withdrawals submitted before 8:00pm Pakistan Standard Time (PST) on business days are typically processed and dispatched on the same day. Withdrawals submitted after 8:00pm PST or on Pakistani public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

3.5 Deposit of Only Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that are legally yours and that are sourced from legitimate means. 99aab maintains anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures and may request evidence of the source of funds at any time. Refusal to provide such evidence may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending investigation.

3.6 Transaction Errors. In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, 99aab reserves the right to reverse the erroneous transaction at any time, regardless of whether funds have been wagered. You must notify 99aab immediately if you notice any transaction error.

§4Sports Betting Rules

4.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on 99aab are subject to the specific sports betting rules applicable to the event in question, as well as any overriding general betting rules published by 99aab. A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of a unique bet reference number. Bets not confirmed by the system for any technical reason are not valid.

4.2 Odds. All odds displayed on 99aab are subject to change up to the moment a bet is placed and confirmed. 99aab reserves the right to correct odds where a clear error has occurred (for example, where odds offered are materially inconsistent with fair market value). Where odds are corrected before a bet is placed, you will be offered the corrected odds. Where correction occurs after placement, bets may be voided.

4.3 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted at the sole discretion of 99aab. During periods of live betting suspension, bets will not be accepted. 99aab is not responsible for delays in live score data or market suspension that may result in missed opportunities.

4.4 Void Bets. 99aab reserves the right to void any bet where: the bet was placed on an event the outcome of which was already known; the odds were published in error; there is evidence of match-fixing or irregular activity; or the event is abandoned without a result being declared according to the applicable sport's governing rules.

4.5 Maximum Payout. 99aab applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the sports betting section of the platform. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum will be capped at the published limit, regardless of the theoretical return on the bet.

§5Casino Games, Slots, and RNG

5.1 Random Number Generator. All slot games and non-live casino games available on the 99aab platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed third-party game software developers. Results are independently random and cannot be predicted or influenced by 99aab or by the player.

5.2 Return-to-Player (RTP). Each game available on 99aab carries a theoretical RTP percentage as determined by the game developer. RTP figures are averages calculated over millions of rounds and do not guarantee specific returns in any individual session.

5.3 Live Casino. Live casino games are operated by third-party live game studios. In the event of a connection interruption during a live casino round, 99aab will resolve the round based on the outcome recorded on the game studio's server. 99aab's internal records will be used as the final reference in any dispute.

5.4 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, 99aab reserves the right to void the round in question and return the wager to the player's account. No claim shall be entertained for a winning outcome from a malfunctioned round.

§6Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by 99aab are subject to individual promotion-specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal values. These specific terms are published alongside each individual offer and form part of these Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per offer) before any withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements may be calculated on the bonus amount only, or on the sum of the bonus plus the qualifying deposit, as stated in the offer terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. 99aab reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus funds and any associated winnings where it determines that bonus abuse has occurred. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a new-player bonus more than once; wagering on low-risk or arbitrage outcomes to artificially fulfil wagering requirements; or using any other method intended to extract bonus value without genuine play.

6.4 Promotional Changes. 99aab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Ongoing participation in a promotion does not guarantee that the promotion will remain available for its full stated duration.

§7Prohibited Conduct and Account Termination

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99aab platform and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, forfeiture of bonus balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, corruption, or insider betting;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other game;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or fraudulent sources;
• Abusing charge-back mechanisms or payment reversal processes;
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse or arbitrage betting in bad faith;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 99aab staff or other platform users;
• Any other conduct that 99aab, in its reasonable judgement, determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or its players.

§8Responsible Gaming

8.1 99aab is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides a range of player protection tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cool-off periods, and full self-exclusion. These tools are available in your account settings at all times.

8.2 Self-exclusion requests submitted by a player take immediate effect. Once self-exclusion is active, 99aab will not accept any bets, deposits, or account access from the excluded player during the exclusion period. Requests to shorten or reverse a self-exclusion period will not be acted upon during the exclusion window.

8.3 By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are gambling voluntarily and for entertainment purposes, that you are not gambling with funds that you cannot afford to lose, and that you are aware of the risks associated with online gambling. §9Privacy and Data Protection

99aab collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering with 99aab, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that policy. 99aab uses industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption to protect your personal information during transmission and storage.

KYC documentation, including CNIC copies and payment method verification, is processed solely for identity verification and anti-fraud purposes and is not shared with third parties except where required by law or regulation, or where necessary to process your transactions through third-party payment processors.

§10Intellectual Property

All content on the 99aab platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the property of 99aab or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of 99aab content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

§11Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99aab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

11.2 99aab does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, or third-party network issues may cause temporary unavailability. 99aab will not be liable for losses attributable to platform unavailability.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 99aab's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

§12Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your 99aab account, transactions, or gameplay, you should contact the 99aab support team in the first instance via the live chat function on the platform or by email at [email protected]. Please provide your account username, the nature of the complaint, and any relevant transaction references.

99aab will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 5 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction internally, 99aab will provide details of the available escalation process at that time. All disputes are subject to the governing law clause below.

§13Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 99aab is licensed and incorporated. By using the 99aab platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to 99aab's operating licence for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that access to and use of the 99aab platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 99aab makes no representation that the services offered are legal or available for use in all jurisdictions. Pakistani players are reminded that online gambling regulation in Pakistan is evolving and that participation is at the player's own risk.

§14Amendments to These Terms

99aab reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated. Where the changes are material, 99aab will notify registered players via email. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

§15Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 99aab with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

Waiver: Failure by 99aab to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
